When a riverboat belonging to the the Barkleys, which sank years before taking with it a fortune in government gold, is recovered, the gold is nowhere to be found. Rumors and accusations soon fly, that it was Tom Barkley who stole the gold and sank the boat to cover it up. An investigation follows which seems to prove that Tom was guilty, a fact that could cost the Barkleys their fortune!!!

In this retelling of "The Midis Touch", Dr. Smith gains the power to turn anything into platinum. Penny is given a gift by a thief on the run, who tells her to protect it for him. She and Dr. Smith discover that it leads them to a ring which, when worn, allows the person to turn anything to platinum, which Dr. Smith does and enjoys. However, when it turns even his food to platinum, he is unable to remove the ring, which is now a solid bar. He leaves the camp as he fears turning everything into platinum, and he will eventually starve to death. A galactic lawman is on the trail, looking for the stolen device to use for his own nefarious purposes.

The Joker launches a new crime wave with robberies that appear to make no sense, such as stealing hairpins from rich women and a hole from a golf course. But the Joker knows exactly what he's doing. Batman and Robin are in pursuit and eventually invade the villain's headquarters. The heroes are placed in a chamber and are told if they can float for an hour, they'll go free. The Joker then begins to flood the chamber with poison gas. The Joker says the Dynamic Duo may not be able to swim in the gas "but you can drown in it!"

While cleaning out Mr Drysdale's garage to earn some extra money for his new pad, Jethro finds a large pile of ""mens magazines"". With his new pad (a beat-up old caravan) Jethro is eager to lure a girl there so he visit's the kitty cat club & parks his pad on the beach. Things are going all right until the tide comes in & his ""pad"" starts floating.

After becoming stuck in a muddy section of road, Heath gets out to help push, only to have the axle break and the heavily loaded wagon fall on him. Unable to free him herself, Victoria sets out to find help. She soon finds that the only person able to help is an escaped convict with bounty hunters on his tail, and no intentions of stopping to help anyone.
