The original home is flanked by two additions, one of which is an 1800s Center Colonial farmhouse, which is a style of house that features two identical spaces meant for entertaining. They ask Jeff to turn one space into a classic parlor with a bar area, and the other into a billiards room. They build an amazing bar with a mahogany top, restore an original mantel piece and Jeff works with a local blacksmith to create a custom light fixture to go over the pool table.

The living room was added with the 1980s renovation, and is chock full of bad wood paneling. He brings in reclaimed barn beams to create a threshold in between the rooms, adds a unique blend of rustic cabinetry and makes a coffee table out of a surprise piece he finds on the property.
