A design student, she arrives - much to Gareth’s delight - equipped with mood board and colour palette for her big day. Like Hilary, the people of Cardiff can’t get enough macarons, cupcakes and treats, but the team are struggling to keep up with demand with so little space. The boys think they’ve found the ideal new base to expand, but it’s a big business decision to take. Meanwhile, Joe arrives at the shop looking for a cake for his mum, who Gareth and Ryan quickly agree deserves a very special thank you.
