The Penguin steals a priceless folio of famous parasols from the Gotham City Library. He plans to wager the $10,000 earned from its ransom on a rigged horse race. Aided by his partner-in-crime Lola Lasagne, he disguises the favored entry Parasol as the unknown "Bumbershoot," then enters a painted glue factory horse as "Parasol". With everyone betting their money on the fake horse, it looks like the Penguin will make a fortune when the real Parasol wins the race. But he wasn't counting on a last-minute entry of Bruce Wayne's, the horse Waynebow, ridden by none other than Batgirl.
Bewitched

Samantha malfunctions because she doesn't use her powers as often. Dr. Bombay has her float in the air for the time being. Darrin has a meeting with his former girlfriend Mary Jane, who happens to be his new client. He calls Samantha to tell her, but Endora says that she is flying. Of course, Darrin thinks that Samantha has turned into a fly to spy on his meeting!

Jethro gets a letter from the President to enlist in the Army. Jed doesn't want the Government to pay for Jethro's training so he wants to pay all the expenses. Mr Drysdale isn't happy when Jed wants to withdraw $100,000 to buy Jethro a tank. He's even less happy when Jethro wants Mr Drysdale to be his tank crew dressed as a German Officer. Jethro drives the tank to Griffith Park for target practice, Mr Drysdale escapes in a rowboat & rows to the middle of the lake. Jethro is about to fire at him when two cops arrive & Mr Drysdale thinks he's saved. Until the older cop recognises him from his days in the quartermaster corp & arrests him as payback. Jed has to bail out Mr Drysdale.

It is after he comes home for lunch one day Opie has his friend over that he sees how lavish a lunch Aunt Bee prepared that he decides to sit them down to explain money doesn’t make life enjoyable, being yourself does.

The future of the ranch is jeopardized when bandits steal a prize bull and breeding stock which Billy Blue Cannon and Manolito Montoya have bought in Mexico with the last of the Cannon money. Victoria persuades husband John Cannon to send the boys to her father's rancho for the cattle after his brother Buck Cannon is injured. Manolito bargains with his father, Don Sebastian Montoya, for his second best bull. Don Sebastian thinks the boys are pulling a prank and hires bandits to steal the bull. They boys make a desperate attempt to catch the thieves and still prove their trustworthiness.

In the country of Elkabar, King Ibn Borca is conducting a brisk slave business with the aid of supplier Karl de Groot. de Groot raids into neighboring countries. The IMF team must put the two men out of business. Barney lets himself be captured by de Groot, gets the info on a cell, then escapes with the info so they can create an exact duplicate of the cell. Jim "sells" Cinnamon to de Groot, then Willy retrieves her and captures de Groot. Jim then approaches de Groot's partner Jara and tells him he killed de Groot and that Jara has a new partner...
