Jason takes Neri and Mera swimming off the ORCA platform. Mick finds out and heads out on a jetski, he falls off and must be rescued by the girls. Neri helps Mick with his reading, he in turn joins the others in keeping Neri and Mera a secret. Forsythe tries to get access to Dianne's research and cripples HELEN in the process, in the confusion Lyselle sees Mera in the coridor and reports back to Dr. Hellegren that Neri and Mera are on ORCA. Winston, receiving strange signals from Neri's island, goes to investigate and meets two strangers, but back on ORCA he says his trip was uneventfull.

Kimberly sets off her bombs, destroying half of the building. MacKenzie suffers a fatal heart attack. Billy breaks down Alison's door and pulls her to safety, although she is blinded by the blast. Peter saves Kimberly from drowning after the impact knocks her into the pool. Kimberly is placed in the psychiatric ward, and is unable to recall the events of the past week. Billy storms out when Hayley calls him to task for not immediately taking Brooke on their honeymoon. Brooke later moves out of the mansion and into Billy's apartment. Jess is killed in the fall from the construction site, while Jake suffers only minor injuries. He shuns a guilt-ridden Jo. The jailed Matt is enraged when his parents seem to suspect that he is guilty of murder. They win back his trust when they put up their mortgage to bail him out of jail.

While Ken struggles to recover while chained to a bed, Ryu is about to be implanted a cyberchip that would put him under complete Bison's control. Guile and Nash find Zangief's jeep, which brings them to a lead to Bison's island. Fei Long arrives in Barcelona and, as soon as he hears of Dorai's supposed death, rushes to the hospital where he meets Interpol Chief Barrack. Meanwhile, during a conversation with Cammy, Balrog starts to fear that Dorai might not be dead.

Kate gets the result of her blood test that she sent off under another name, and it's bad news, but she keeps it to herself. Joe sets fire to the gypsy's caravan, Nick catches up with him but Joe attempts to assault him during the arrest. Clothes go missing off washing lines in the area. Kate goes into labour, and once she arrives at the hospital baby Sarah is soon born, Nick is over the moon, but his hopes are suddenly dashed when Kate tells him she has leukaemia.
