When Skulker appears at FentonWorks on his usual hunt, Danny Phantom, Dash, and Skulker are accidentally hit with Jack's new "Fenton Crammer," which shrinks them all to a half-inch tall! Worse yet, Danny's ghost powers don't work so well in his tiny form. Now, Danny and Dash must rely on each other's brains and natural physical abilities to get to the FentonWorks Emergency Op-Center and reverse the shrink ray before Skulker and his brand new fully-powered ecto-skeleton catches up to them.

However, Principal Amzy (who is really Yzma) tells Kronk to turn Kuzco into a turtle so he has no chance of beating Kronk, but instead, Kronk gives Kuzco the wrong potion and he ends up as a rabbit.

When Billy digs his front yard he finds a frozen caveman, who is actually Fred Flintstone (from The Flintstones), but whom Billy names Jake Steele. Billy tries to acclimate Fred to the modern life but the job is not easy. When Fred is taken to school, he predictably goes out of control, kidnapping Miss Butterbean and running away in Principal Goodvibes' car. The ensuing chase results in Fred crashing into an ice cream truck, becoming frozen again. Instead of reaping him, Billy decides to bury Fred in the yard again. A future is shown where both Billy and Fred are defrosted by brain-eating creatures.

When Billy and Irwin want to watch classic giant monsters movies, Grim decides to take them to Japan to see real monsters. They meet the turtle-like Cragorah (a parody of Gamera) who engages in a fierce battle with the three-headed Kittirah (a cat version of Ghidorah). To help Cragorah, Grim transforms Billy into a giant monster too (a parody of Ultraman). Mandy soon arrives with the intent of punishing them all for organizing this expedition without her permission. Controlling Mecha-Gorillasaur (a giant gorilla robot) she defeats Kittirah and beats Billy.

They let their Pokémon out to play and Donphan, still as playful as ever, tries to play with some Rhyhorn, only to be chased by their parents. After being saved by Nurse Joy and her Meganium, Grovyle gets into a conflict with a wild Tropius and is beaten badly. Meganium heals Grovyle and Grovyle falls in love with the Herb Pokémon. However, it is later revealed that Tropius also has feelings for Meganium. Grovyle decides to have a rematch against Tropius to see who will come out on top.

Due to the odor of his office, Michael temporarily switches workspaces with Jim, and while there, Michael reminisces of his pre-management days, reliving pranks with Dwight that he and Todd Packer played on the staff. Meanwhile, Jim realizes why Kelly sits alone in the back of the office as he plays messenger for a childish flirtation between Kelly and Ryan, and Pam tries to cope with the day without Jim to make her laugh.
