Throughout the episode, you can tell that Jack and Kim have feelings for each other. Meanwhile, Rudy and the rest of the gang form a boy band called the “Black Belt Boys” and try to open for Ricky Weaver.

Market, while the losing team is left behind to scrub down the kitchen in preparation for their first dinner service. Following a sobering announcement moments before the grand reopening of HELL'S KITCHEN, tempers flare when the teams struggle to communicate effectively and the slow service forces diners to walk out before their entrees are served.

Sav meets Palmer on the street, not knowing it is her, and she invites him to the concert, and then on stage with her. Fiona's vacation plans are scrubbed, and she instead attends an art class with Holly J., where she asks out the model.

Although painfully depressed and withdrawn from the world, Vicki says she is ready to seek help in order to keep her family from breaking up.
