Michael finds out about the hunt for the king's remains and how scientists managed to prove that the skeleton found under a car park was him. From Rothley, Michael works his passage on the Great Central Railway to Loughborough, where the bells have been tolling since 1839.

In the appetizer round, the competition tries not to choke on processed cheese and baked beans. The entree forces them to sharpen their skills with razor clams and hickory sticks.
